Privacy policy

Last updated 8 October 2026

This is a draft. It is pending legal review and may change before DentixOL opens self-service signup. If you have a question about it, email hello@dentixol.com.

Who we are

DentixOL is made by Mate4Tech. This policy explains what personal information DentixOL handles, why, and the choices you have. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

  • Account details for the people who use DentixOL: name, email address, role and sign-in records.
  • Information your clinic enters, such as enquiries, tasks, operations logs, invoices and supplier records.
  • Figures from marketing accounts you choose to connect, such as Google Analytics or ad platforms.
  • Technical logs needed to run and secure the service, including an audit log of changes.

How we use it

We use this information to provide DentixOL to your clinic, keep it secure, support you, and improve the service. Your clinic controls the records it enters; we act on its behalf for that information.

The AI features

Patient details are not sent to the AI features. They work from tasks, operations logs and marketing-channel figures. AI suggestions are shown to your team for review and are never sent to patients automatically.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to host and operate DentixOL and its AI features. We don't sell personal information. We disclose it if the law requires us to.

Security

Access is controlled by role, each clinic's data is kept separate, changes are recorded in an audit log, owners and managers sign in with two-factor authentication, and connections are encrypted.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct personal information we hold about you, or make a complaint, by emailing hello@dentixol.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
