The service

DentixOL is a web application from Mate4Tech for running the operations of a dental practice. These terms apply to clinics that use it and the people they invite.

Trial and fees

New clinics get a 14-day free trial. Plan prices are in Australian dollars per clinic and exclude GST, which is added to invoices. Billing opens with self-service signup; until then we agree pricing with each clinic directly. You can cancel at any time and won't be charged for the next billing period.

Your data

Your clinic owns the information it puts into DentixOL. You can export it to CSV from the main lists, and we will provide a full export on request if you leave.

Your responsibilities

Keep logins to the people they belong to, and remove staff who leave.
Only enter information you are allowed to hold and use.
Don't use DentixOL to break the law or to interfere with the service.

AI suggestions and the AHPRA gatekeeper

AI suggestions and gatekeeper risk bands are guidance for your team to review. They are not legal, clinical or financial advice. Your practice remains responsible for its advertising and its decisions.
